Venue

    6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

aDMITTANCE

  • Check-in with your first and last name upon arrival.

  • All attendees must be listed on the official event roster to gain admittance.

  • Guests must be 21 years or older by August 3, 2025. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID.

Attire

  • Dress to impress! While it’s a black-tie event, tuxedos and ball gowns are optional.

Getting There

Located in the heart of Washington, D.C., the Walter E. Washington Convention Center is easily accessible by various means of transportation.

  • Entrance: Via the Allen Y. Lew Place doors only. This entrance is across from the back of the Apple Store at The Carnegie Library.

  • Rideshare: Tell your driver to drop you off at the Allen Y. Lew Place doors.

  • Driving: There are several parking garages within a few blocks of the Convention Center. Check out the parking map here for options.

  • Metro: The Convention Center is conveniently located on the Yellow and Green Lines (Mount Vernon Square/7th Street/Convention Center station). Metro service closes at 12:00 am on Sunday, so plan your return trip accordingly. Plan your trip on the WMATA website.

    • 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

  • Opening Reception

    • 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

      • Entertainment provided by Events DC

      • Kick off the night with cocktails, light bites, and live entertainment. Mix, mingle, and get your official pic on The RAMMYS Red Carpet.

  • Awards Show

    • 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

      • Presented by Carefirst BlueCross BlueShield

      • Celebrate the announcement of the 2025 RAMMY Winners and a recap of the 2nd Annual RAMMYS Honors event.

  • Dinner and Dancing

    • 8:30 pm - 11:00 pm

      • Entertainment provided by Club Glow and Echostage

      • Feast on delicious eats, sweets, and treats from a variety of cuisine pavilions, and sip and savor cocktails, mocktails, wine, champagne, and beer from an assortment of bars and tasting stations.

      • Explore special activations throughout the night, including the District of Champions Home Field Advantage, the K-Food Marketplace, the Amazon & National Landing experience, and the Extraordinary Karaoke Lounge, all while you dance the night away on our HUGE dancefloor.
