The RAMMYS Awards & Gala will step into a new era at The Wharf, Washington's thriving hospitality waterfront district!

For the first time, the Awards ceremony will be hosted at the iconic Arena Stage at The Mead Center for American Theater, cultivating a distinguished experience where Finalists can celebrate with colleagues, family and industry pioneers - while a dynamically expanded post-awards celebration will invite revelers from all corners of the industry to The Anthem, one of the nation’s most exciting live music and events venues. RAMW ANNOUNCES MAYOR MURIEL BOWSER AS THE 2026 DUKE ZEIBERT CAPITAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARD HONOREE

The Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington is proud to announce Muriel Bowser as the recipient of the 2026 Duke Zeibert Capital Achievement Award.

A steadfast champion of D.C.’s restaurant and small business community, Mayor Bowser’s leadership has helped expand opportunity, strengthen neighborhoods, and support the industry that powers our city.

She will be honored this May at The RAMMYS Honors Cocktail Reception at the historic Watergate Hotel, an evening celebrating the leaders, visionaries, and change makers shaping the region’s dining community.

As we gather during International Women’s Month, we’re also proud to recognize and celebrate the many women whose talent, leadership, and influence continue to help shape and strengthen our hospitality industry.

The celebration leads up to the 44th Annual The RAMMYS Awards & Gala on June 29, 2026, honoring the people and places that make the DMV dining scene thrive.

Starting Monday, April 20, you can cast your digital ballot for your favorite Finalists in the categories below. This is your chance to champion the eateries - and creators that tell us about them - that make our dining scene a world-class destination.

Remember: While our restaurant categories feature five named Finalists, the new Content Creator of the Year award is a 100% write-in category—so be prepared to vote with your favorite in mind!
