The Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington (RAMW) formally invites qualified production firms to submit proposals for the 2027 RAMMYS Awards & Gala. 

As the premier professional honors for the region’s hospitality sector, The RAMMYS requires a partner capable of delivering high-tier production, technical direction, and environmental design. We are seeking a strategic partner to provide a "hospitality-first" production model, ensuring a seamless, world-class experience for our stakeholders, finalists, and attendees.

Project Scope & Core Deliverables:

• Executive Show Production: Comprehensive management of the run-of-show, stage management, and talent coordination.

• Technical Infrastructure: Provision of high-fidelity AV, cinematic lighting, and integrated digital media playback.

• Scenic & Creative Design: High-impact environmental design and stage construction that aligns with the RAMMYS brand.

• On-Site Operations: Strategic management of venue logistics, vendor load-in, and technical labor.

Submission Guidelines: Formal proposals must be submitted in accordance with the bidding requirements and compliance standards detailed in the RFP.
