We are officially recruiting for our brand-new Chef's Showcase Sponsorship at The Anthem! This is an exclusive in-kind opportunity to showcase your culinary best to the entire industry during both the Watch Party and the official Celebration.

  • The Activation: Serve 1,000 bites to RAMMYS guests inside The Anthem.

  • Your Name on the Big Screen: Chef’s Showcase Sponsors receive five (5) early-access tickets to the event, logo presence on the RAMMYS website, logo placement on the digital loop throughout the night, and inclusion in in pre-event highlights on the RAMW social media platforms reaching an audience of 40,000+ followers.

Important Activation Details

To ensure a seamless evening for your culinary team at The Anthem, please review these key venue logistics:

🍳 Food Prep & Cooking

  • Advance Prep: We strongly recommend preparing as much food as possible prior to arriving onsite.

  • Equipment Restrictions: Due to venue limitations, cooking inside The Anthem is restricted to electric warmers and sternos only. Fryers, butane, and open flames are not permitted.

  • Power & Hot Boxes: If your activation requires access to power, please notify our team in advance. Crescor hot boxes may be available upon request.

👥 Staffing & Storage

  • Team Limit: Each participating restaurant is allotted up to four (4) team members to staff the station. Additional staff may be approved on a case-by-case basis depending on menu and service needs.

  • Storage: Onsite storage space is extremely limited. We kindly ask that unnecessary materials be removed during load-in and that supplies remain within your designated station area.

📋 What’s Provided vs. What to Bring

RAMW Will Provide
• (1) 6’ food station with linen (branded linen allowed if requested in advance)
• (2) Back bar tables for prep and storage with black linen
• Official signage, including your menu and logo
• Napkins, plates, cups (if needed), and cutlery

Sponsor (You) Will Provide
• All food products and serving equipment
• Small, table-top branded decorations
• Giveaways & promotional items are permitted (must be pre-approved by RAMW)
Note: Backdrops and pull-up banners are not permitted
